| My very charming housemate seems to have an inability to pee in the toilet bowl. We can enter the bathroom after him to find pee all over the floor - how does he not realise?? We have confronted him about it, but he tried to blame my housemates fiance - who is never here, who since then has been confronted by his fiance and now checks after he pees to make sure it isn't him. We have started putting his bath towel in his mess so we don't acccident

| All i can say is never ever again will i live with a couple, the girl being a needy shadow who has no other friends and the guy being extremly old fashioned...way too old fashioned and way too stingy.
One example, i remember one night we had nothing for tea so we all went to get red rooster, i was 5c short so i asked Mr X for the 5c, which weeks later he was hitting me up for. Now obviously i could have re paid him his 5c, but honetly who cha

| I moved to Brisbane to study 2 years ago. When I first moved here I stayed in student accommodation and lived with 3 really nice people. After a year, one of the girls I was living with and I decided to move out. I knew she wasn't the cleanest of the bunch but was excited to get my own place. I payed out of my long hard savings to furnish the entire house with nice things right down to the knifes and forks. My house mate moved in and bought a bed

| Before our housemate moved in we nicknamed him 'Wong' because we couldn't recall his name during a conversation. He was a reasonable guy, except that he didn't know how to clean up after himself. His deadbeat friends would come around every night and smoke pot in his room til past midnight. He decided that he didn't want to work full-time at the job my housemate got him, so he didn't bother turning up for work and then began complaining when he g

| This was my first share house experience, so i was pretty excited. I thought i picked some great people to move out with - if only. I went to high school with one and primary school with the other, but you truly dont know anyone until you live with them. It really began as little things - mainly my housemates bringing friends (my friends also) home all the time. At 6 am, at least 3 times a week. For someone with low iron levels who cant function

| This isnt so much a story about any particular housemate that I shared with, but moreso of the experience. Where to start? Actually I have so many stories from this place Ill break them up into parts. Let me paint the picture for you. A few years back some mates of mine, ended up sharing this place over at Riverhills, here in Brisbane. It was a moderately sized house with an inground pool, a bbq, a pool room, a large living area and air condition

| So my housemate and I needed someone to move in and fast - we couldn't afford paying the rent between the two of us, and our old housemate was moving out(thank god). We had no shortage of calls, at least two or three a day, but they were nearly all from foreign people, and I couldn't understand what they were saying half the time. A lot of them were really rude as well, which I know is more than likely just the difference between their culture an

| I moved into a share house while at university, with 2 girls and another guy, had a great time. Although the girls were a little boring the other guy turned out to pretty cool and we became great mates. I had purchased new furniture for my room and was particularly attached to my "Commander" chair. It had a high back, good arm rests and was very comfortable, sometimes I slept in it. I loved my commander. The other guy, lets call him "Bob", always

| When I moved out of the college dormitories, I was pretty excited, I had had a great roommate there, and was now moving in with a few other girls I know. One of my relatives works in real estate, so they bought the house and we rented from them, with me managing the place.
Perhaps I shouldn't have gotten so excited. The first bad roommate, lets call her C, had obviously been brought up under a rock or something. She would clean her feet and cli
