WOW! You have seen heaps in your first time out from home! Well I guess you have learn't heaps as well. Maybe when you find a new housemate let them know there is a trial period for 2 months and both agree that they will part nicely if it doesn't work out. It seems to work 90% of the time if you are up front with it. GET REFERENCES!!!

first time on my own
& da flatmate centre told me dey were a couple
uni students
anyways i go2checkout da room
dey seem pretty normal 4 20 something year olds

surround sound 2 make it worse ,
leaves her shit laying around leaves washing on da line

yet takes urs off after 2 hours

everytime i bought a guy mate ova

all these are making me very scared of sharing but I think this one is the worst

My husband and I are currently looking for a place in the redlands/cleveland area and everyone I've talked to so far have seemed very nice now I don't know what to think.
