I moved into a house with 2 other students and all was well. I must admit I do occasionally have a few too many but like every few weeks its not like a usual occurarence or anything we would in fact go out drinking together. After about 4 months a new girl moved in.
As soom as she moved in she started cleaning and rearraging stuff such as the kitchen and bathroom she even threw away our toilet brushes and face cloths stating they were dirty. Fair enough I thought but she could have least asked and to be honest they were not dirty. Then practically everyday she would clean, she then told us we should not use our dishwasher as it was dirty and we should hand wash everything. She then started to complain about me playinig music, which again I thought was fair enough, so I kept it down and didnt play it on a night. Then it started to get worse the bitching started as we were basically ignoring her, we are relatively clean but I see no need to clean everyday or at least every other day. Not only this but she would leave a mess then critisise others.
She also plays music and sings (which she is terrible at), but even if I put music on (only one song) on my tinny laptop speakers she starts banging on my door complaining. Or brings it up later on. It is Easter now and everyone has gone home and I thought I was alone in the house, I even went and knocked on her door to make sure she wasn't here. So I thought I was safe, and did a bit of DJ'ing. It was a Friday night so no work in the morning. I thought all was well until I came in the next day she was sat in the livingroom and I had to suffer half an hour of verbal abuse, I apologised for waking her up but she was having non of it. She then went and complained to the landlord. Who is now starting to think I am some sort of menace. I do not understand this girl it is all me me me, do as i say or I will make your life hell. Everyone is telling me to ignore her but when you live with someone it is not this easy. She often brings her B/F around and has very audiable sex with him... This doesnt particually bother me but if I put music on to drown out the noise she complains yet again!!!
She also pulls my clothes out of the washing machine and chucks them on the floor she brings friends back and they get drunk and sing and dance till late. I say again all of this doesnt really bother me but as soon as i do it guess who starts complaining!!!! One law for her another for everyone else. The three original tenants here all smoke now she is trying to get us all banned from smoking!!! she knew we all smoked when she moved in!!! Due to her complaining the landlord has started sending threatening letters. He asks why we cant sort it out between oursleves This girl however is saying he should evict me. I wish we had never let her move in.

So she's clean and tidy, hates smoking and dislikes loud noise and DJ wannabies... Pity she has a BF, I'm in love. :P

Sounds like my current psycho housemate who used to live in Australia. She wasn't French by any chance, was she? This girl will go on psycho cleaning binges doing stuff that doesn't matter(including throwing away my good stuff!) but leave dirty dishes for days. Point that out to her and she will fly into a rage and ignore you and slam doors for three days, but she'll still never do the dishes. I'm sick of cleaning up after her like I'm her mother, but without being able to punish her, like I could if I were her real mum.
