I am currently living with a female housemate who pretty much does anything she wants. The biggest problem with her, is she is an alcoholic. She works in the bar industry, and every morning after work comes home at 7-9 am hammered. This wouldn't be a problem normally however, she usually brings home complete strangers to our apartment that she doesn't even know. Not only that, i work p n/shift, which she knows, so when i get home in the morning, she and her friends and making all sorts of noise, and i am unable to sleep. Things have gone missing from my room, whether she or her friends stole them im not sure. I installed a webcam, and had it set on motion detection when i wasn't home, and caught 2 people she had brought back to our apartment going in my room and through my things, while she was passed out on her bed. This has led to me installing locks on my door, which isn't allowed for safety reasons, but which i have done anyway. The other morning while she was drunk as usual, she almost put the exercise machine through the wall which now has a massive dent in it, on 2 sides. That will now obviously have to be paid for and taken out of the bond. The worst part is she says she has done nothing wrong, and thinks nothing of bringing home complete strangers. It is a complete nightmare, and i have to move out and someone else in to take over the lease, or i break the lease and have to pay thousands to the real estate company.

Wow... what a complete loser!! Its bad enough that she is doing those sorts of things but then pretending that shes not doing anything wrong... well shes either stupid or just being totally disrespectful to you. I think she should be paying you for the things her "strangers" are stealing!!! And shame on them... people just aren't decent anymore!! What happen to good values!! These people as much of a waste of space as your house mate is. She needs to get her act together & grow up. I hope you find someone to take over your lease... having to fork out thousands is not how you want this to end! Best of Luck.

Maybe she is not the person you want to live with! But within saying that, maybe she just wants to party on. U suggest you civilily talk it out. Maybe it's that u don't want to be flat mates anymore, perhaps you can learn to agree to disagree and move on from there!!! Xxx
