So I assumed that having a family member would be a great choice of secure share house arrangements. Wrong!!! What appeared so great on the outside, was one big lie. Basically nothing paid, full of shit, gambling to attempt to pay debts, and basically another typical oxygen theif. Now that my amazing ex-flat mate Jess Flahive has moved out, if was very easy to simply pick up her shit, and walk out. I assumed that no bond would be required, but now she has left a messy house, and had my credit rating destroyed cause of the lies that bills were paid on time. Every thing a typical 21 year old is. Hopeless.
