I am the landlord/houseowner/housemate.
The RULES are simple:
- NO parties.
- NO loud music or noise from video games, TV etc.
- NO noise after 11:30pm weeknights (others sleep at this time).
- NO friends over at any time.
The BENEFITS are:
- You will not be disturbed by others or by noise.
- You can study in peace.
- You can sleep in peace.
- The other housemates are kind and considerate.
- The place is clean.
- You will not be disturbed by any drunken, immature, or foolish behaviour of the other housemates.
- There is no stressing that others will be late in paying their rent or bills. You just pay your part and all will be good!
Preference: Christian (not essential), International Student (not essential)
