The home is situated a couple of minutes walk from the Karingal Hub shopping centre (133 shops) \ Cinema complex.
Bus stops situated 50 meters away from the house and at the shopping centre with many bus routes available.
Quiet, friendly & clean environment (House recently renovated and painted), park lands nearby, with great neighbours on either side of the property – so I need decent / good people.

Main Bed Room with ensuite / toilet / shower / Walk in BIR / suit couple or freinds - $120 each. Single Study Room - $120.
